Whiskey & Soju Journal is an independent publication, journaling for Koreans in Canada, launched in April 2025 by Jihyeong Jang and Joon Lee.
"This journal is a space for connection: for immigrants sharing their journeys, for partners navigating the unique joys and challenges of cross-cultural relationships, and for anyone seeking to understand these experiences. My wife and I share Korean heritage but grew up worlds apart. Our own journey of bridging those differences, with all its hurdles and discoveries, motivated us to create this platform – a place to share openly and build community here in Vancouver and beyond."
